What is Key Visual?

Understand what a Key Visual is and how to confirm or adjust it before moving to the storyboard.

Key Visual provides core primary images that establishes the thematic and visual direction for the content that you envision based on your script. Think of it as your visual brief, it sets the art style, color tone, environment, and character style that ByThen carries through the entire video.

Getting the Key Visual right before you move forward saves time. It's the foundation everything else is built on.

What to confirm on the Key Visual page?

Before moving to the storyboard, review the following:

  • Environment, does the setting match your content?

  • Art style, does the visual style fit your brand?

  • Color tone, are the colors consistent with what you want?

  • Character style, does the character look and feel right?

If you like it

Confirm and move on to the Storyboard step.

If you want to change it

You have a few options:

  • Edit the prompt to give ByThen more direction

  • Choose a different art style from the library

  • Check your sample history and regenerate

  • Edit or remove existing samples
