Refund eligibility
You may request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or renewal, provided that no credits have been used or consumed on your account. Refund requests are reviewed at our sole discretion and are not guaranteed.
Approved refunds are subject to a service fee of up to 6% of the original purchase amount.
Failed transactions
If a transaction shows as failed on our end but your card was charged, ByThen will automatically process a refund within 14 business days.
What's not refundable
Subscription purchases or renewals beyond 7 days of the original transaction
Any Main Credit top-up transactions

Email [email protected] with your account email address and transaction details. Our team will review your request and respond within the applicable timeframe.
