You can cancel your subscription from your account page at any time.
How to cancel
1. Go to your Account page
2. Navigate to Subscription and press cancel
What happens after cancellation
If payment fails by the expiration date, you lose access to the platform
Non-expired Main Credits are preserved during and after the cancellation process
Your projects, data, and assets are kept for 6 months after your subscription ends
Note: Downgrading to a lower plan is not currently supported. If you cancel and want to re-subscribe, you can purchase any available plan at any time.
